HSK Reader provides AI-powered Chinese language learning tools, including text simplification, translation, and vocabulary analysis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated by the Service's AI is for your personal learning use. The Service's code, design, and branding are the property of THE COGITOLAB TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE COGITOLAB TECHNOLOGY LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
